Refund and cancellation
- All orders are made to order, so payments are non-refundable once production begins.
- Cancellations are accepted only before production starts, within 12 hours of payment.
- Damaged or short-shipped cartons: send photos within 24 hours of delivery and we replace the affected packs on your next dispatch.
- Approved replacements are shipped free. We do not issue cash refunds.
Shipping and delivery
- Free shipping pan-India on every order that meets the MOQ.
- Dispatch in 4-5 days. Transit is usually 1-2 days in South and West India.
- Dry-ice insulated packaging keeps the cold chain intact for 72 hours.
- Your order is confirmed only after payment is received.

Made fresh daily and blast-frozen for cold-chain delivery, preserving texture and flavor.
