Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free pan-India on every order that meets the minimum order quantity for your state. Free momo sauce is included at 2.5 ml per piece.

Orders are made to order and dispatched within 4 to 5 days of payment. You receive tracking details as soon as the consignment leaves our facility.

• South and West India: bus cargo, usually next-day delivery after dispatch.
• North and East India: Indian Railways cargo, typically 2 to 4 days after dispatch.

Every consignment ships in premium insulated thermocol with dry ice, keeping product frozen and safe for up to 72 hours in transit.

• Keep the delivery contact number reachable on the day of arrival.
• Move stock to a freezer at -18°C immediately on receipt.
• Report damaged or missing cartons with photos within 24 hours.

Weather, strikes, festival rush and carrier disruption can delay transit. We share updated tracking whenever this happens and never charge extra for a redelivery attempt.
